Merilyn guides you through a meditative sound journey of deep rest, energy clearing, and cell activation. Sessions are tailored to your unique energy signature and may include shamanic sound practises and intuitive singing. Sound is a vibrational tool used to move emotion and energy through varying frequencies, supporting nervous system regulation, grounding, greater balance, and harmonising the chakras or energy centres. Your journey may include grounding drumming, vocal chanting/toning, crystal bowls, koshi bells, essential oils, smoke medicine, and other shamanic tools selected to support your needs. Vibrations and frequencies are intuitively woven throughout the session to encourage stillness, soften the mind, and support energetic movement within the body.
What to expect:
Beginning with an intention, we focus the energy of the session and what you may wish to call in, release, or receive. The journey may open with a ritual or ceremonial invitation to your healer guides, spirit support, and benevolent energies to hold space for your experience. Merilyn works intuitively, channeling shamanic and angelic frequencies throughout the session. You will typically be invited to wear comfortable clothing, an eye mask, and settle onto the table in a warm and supported space designed for deep relaxation.
The session begins with energetic clearing before guiding you into deeper rest, allowing space to soften, receive, and drift into your dream world. Experiences vary for each person and may include feelings of lightness, emotional release, expanded awareness, visualisation, insight, or a greater sense of connection to self.
The intention is to create a safe space for restoration, grounding, and remembrance of your own inner wisdom.
