Sound Medicine
Merilyn guides you through a meditative sound journey of deep rest, energy clearing, and cell activation. Sessions are tailored to your unique energy signature and may include shamanic sound practises and intuitive singing. Sound is a vibrational tool used to move emotion and energy through varying frequencies, supporting nervous system regulation, grounding, greater balance, and harmonising the chakras or energy centres. Your journey may include grounding drumming, vocal chanting/toning, crystal bowls, koshi bells, essential oils, smoke medicine, and other shamanic tools selected to support your needs. Vibrations and frequencies are intuitively woven throughout the session to encourage stillness, soften the mind, and support energetic movement within the body.
What to expect:
Beginning with an intention, we focus the energy of the session and what you may wish to call in, release, or receive. The journey may open with a ritual or ceremonial invitation to your healer guides, spirit support, and benevolent energies to hold space for your experience. Merilyn works intuitively, channeling shamanic and angelic frequencies throughout the session. You will typically be invited to wear comfortable clothing, an eye mask, and settle onto the table in a warm and supported space designed for deep relaxation.
The session begins with energetic clearing before guiding you into deeper rest, allowing space to soften, receive, and drift into your dream world. Experiences vary for each person and may include feelings of lightness, emotional release, expanded awareness, visualisation, insight, or a greater sense of connection to self.
The intention is to create a safe space for restoration, grounding, and remembrance of your own inner wisdom.

“As soon as I entered Merilyn’s space I felt safe and very vibratory. During my session with them, I instantly surrendered myself to Merilyn and the palpable presence of Spirit. I sunk into the table and in turn dove deeply into myself. My experience could be described as magical. I was in a confused space in terms of where I should be in order to make career and life based decisions. Her practice gave me answers. These answers came about by her and I communicating through and with the spirit realm to eventually reach an understanding that was ultimately life changing. She’s seriously magical. The most magic person that I have met in my lifetime. In and out of the healing space, Merilyn is keenly attuned to vibrations and spirit and always speaks honestly and bravely through spirit to help you”.

“Ever since our session, I’ve opened up space in both my internal and external world to bring this to life.
I’ve been feeling so much lighter and clearer, and my creativity has not stop flowing.
During the session, I felt very safe and welcomed to open and share how I was feeling. I loved how you were so transparent from the start and allowed the session to flow naturally with what came up, rather than planning the session with structure. It was completely catered to me.
It was amazing how many resources you pulled to get deeper and deeper on what healing needed to be done. From card pulling to intuitive massaging, it was something that I’ve never experienced anywhere else.
I would highly recommend Merilyn if you are wanting to explore a more softer and intimate option of therapy.
I’ve also found more freedom in my work which is something that came up in my session. I was feeling discomfort both physically and mentally and it wasn’t till I had my session with Merilyn, that I was able to realise freedom in my work was what I was needing in order to bring something greater into my existence - my passion project.”

“What a Beautiful Healer and a wise woman. Merilyn hold’s such a beautiful safe space for me to fully relax and receive. Kinesiology session was enlightening and I feel greater compassion towards myself now. It’s amazing what you can uncover in a session!! Kahuna massage session followed (a double treat!!) and a lot was released from my body as I relaxed almost to sleep in Merilyn’s gentle and soft presence and touch. Highly recommend kinesiology and kahuna sessions with Merilyn! Very potent healing - Thank you so much Merilyn.“

“I had the pleasure of receiving a beautiful treatment from Merilyn while on a retreat and she was so comforting, warm and knowledgeable the entire time, I wish I had at least 3 more hours with her. The morning after our time I woke with mental clarity (after weeks of overthinking and blockages) and my chest and heart space was so open. Energy healing really is something else. I highly recommend Merilyn and can’t wait to see her again soon!”

“I met Merilyn at a retreat in Bali. As a beautiful enhancement to the retreat Merilyn was offering massages to further deepen the experience. I have had many massages this however was a glorious hour. Marilyn does so much more than massage, she was incredibly invested in the present moment, you could feel her gentle spirit moving love and energy through you. She transported you to a sacred place. I felt safe and held . It was so much more than anything I have experienced. In the interest of self care carve out time for yourself to experience her beautiful healing touch.”

Anita
“Lovely experience with a profound commit to the emotions.
Merilyn made sure I was comfortable and tried to guide the experience according to what I was expecting/looking for.
It was a different experience and magical at the same time. I will never forget how I felt my third eye wide open as never before…
Thank you, lovely Merilyn.”

“Merilyn held such a safe space during our session. I felt instantly held and open to receive the healing. The way she works with spirit and what was coming up in my body was like magic. She has so many tools in her toolbox of healing modalities and remains present with what is needed. Cannot recommend enough.”

Merilyn is magic. An experience of beautiful touch, healing soundscapes, intuitive sense and messages and deep presence. She is able to hold whoever she is working with with such reverence and care. Her connection to spirit is inspiring. Couldn’t recommend a session with her more.
F&Qs
merilyn’s mission
Merilyn is a channel and conduit for spiritual energies to help with your body’s own healing capabilities. Merilyn practises fearless authenticity and provides a safe space for others to be their authentic selves. Merilyn believes in freedom on all levels and encourages others to express their own sovereignty and share their own special spiritual gifts.
How to prepare
Some may experience healing symptoms arise before a session with Merilyn. Please take note of your body speaking to you and dreams prior to each session. Our dreams are very telling of what we may want to work on during our sessions, some like to journal prior to a session. Please come in comfortable clothing and make sure to keep hydrated. If experiencing any major symptoms or serious pain please make sure to contact emergency services or your local health care professional.
after care
Allow space for hydration and avoid alcohol for up to 48 hours. Allow that beautiful body and soul time to rest and for the energies to rebalance appropriately. Some clients can receive a vast array of healing symptoms, this is often completely normal for the healing process. Merilyn will give you a time frame in which the body takes to rebalance and some take home homework if that comes up.
Who are these sessions for?
Anyone wanting to expand their third eye/intuition and work with someone high vibrational and a pure channel to spirit. Anyone looking to up-level their spiritual practise. I trust you are here and reading this for a reason, please do contact if you feel this may be aligned for you.
