Merilyn is a channel and conduit for spiritual energies to help with your body’s own healing capabilities. Merilyn practises fearless authenticity and provides a safe space for others to be their authentic selves. Merilyn believes in freedom on all levels and encourages others to express their own sovereignty and share their own special spiritual gifts.

How to prepare

Some may experience healing symptoms arise before a session with Merilyn. Please take note of your body speaking to you and dreams prior to each session. Our dreams are very telling of what we may want to work on during our sessions, some like to journal prior to a session. Please come in comfortable clothing and make sure to keep hydrated. If experiencing any major symptoms or serious pain please make sure to contact emergency services or your local health care professional.

after care

Allow space for hydration and avoid alcohol for up to 48 hours. Allow that beautiful body and soul time to rest and for the energies to rebalance appropriately. Some clients can receive a vast array of healing symptoms, this is often completely normal for the healing process. Merilyn will give you a time frame in which the body takes to rebalance and some take home homework if that comes up.
